Privacy policy for Z Modular project reviews
This policy explains how this independent sourcing service handles personal data and project information submitted through zmodularsourcing.com. It covers the review form, the comment form on technical notes, and ordinary server logs. It does not cover a separate data-processing agreement that a client may sign for a live project. If that agreement exists, it controls the project file.
Who receives the information
Website inquiries are submitted to the independent Z Modular procurement service through the contact form. No street address, direct email or telephone number has been verified for publication. Contact details may be requested through the form.
What the review form collects
The form asks for name, work email, phone, company, deployment country, building use, quantity and a free-text description. The description often contains plan size, storeys, wind, snow, seismic basis, interior scope and a destination port. Those details are project data. They are used to decide whether a design-basis review can start, which code family might apply, and who in the coordination workflow should answer. They are not used to build a public marketing list of site addresses.
Comments and server logs
A comment on a technical note stores the name, email, optional website and the comment text, together with the note identifier. The email is not printed on the page. Server logs may keep IP address, user agent, the page requested and the time, for security and for diagnosing failed form posts. Logs are kept only as long as needed for that diagnosis and for ordinary security review.
Sharing
Project details are shared with fabrication, logistics or a locally licensed consultant only when that sharing is required to answer the review you requested, or when the law requires it. They are not sold. A hosting provider processes the site under instructions limited to keeping the pages available. If a comment or an inquiry appears to be unlawful, it may be disclosed to a competent authority.
Retention
Unsuccessful inquiries that do not become a project file are kept long enough to answer follow-up questions, then deleted or reduced to a non-identifying count. A project file that proceeds is kept for the period required by the contract and by the record rules that apply to calculations and material traceability. You may ask what category your submission is in.
Your requests
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data that is not required to keep a calculation traceable. A request to delete a mill-certificate bundle that has already been issued to an authority may be refused where the law or the contract requires that bundle to remain. Send requests through the contact form. You may also complain to a supervisory authority in your country. The desk will tell you if it needs more information to find the right file.
International projects
Because sourcing involves China-based suppliers and buyers in different countries, inquiry details may be shared across borders where needed to answer the request. Do not include special-category data, such as health information about occupants, in the website form. A clinic project should describe rooms and services, not patients.
The form includes a confirmation that you have read this policy. Browsing public pages does not require an account. The site does not ask you to create one to read a technical note.
