These terms govern use of the pages published by Z Modular at this domain. They describe how drawings, calculations, catalogue sizes and inquiry replies should be read. They are not a construction contract. A construction contract, when one is signed, names the parties, the price, the site and the documents that control.
Wind speeds, snow loads, seismic figures, panel thicknesses, coating masses and module dimensions shown on the site are examples or discussion bands. A figure such as 45 m/s, 1.5 kN/m2, Z275, or a module envelope of 6055 x 2435 x 2896 mm does not apply to your project until it is written into a document issued against your project number. Code names, including IBC, ASCE 7, Eurocode 3, EN 1090, EN 14509 and AWS D1.1, appear only to explain the kind of file a reviewer may ask for. Citing them here does not mean a permit has been obtained.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, where listed, describe management systems. They are not a structural approval, a fire-resistance rating for an assembled wall, or evidence that a particular country will accept a relocatable building without further review. Do not attach these terms, or a screenshot of a certificate badge, to a permit submission as if they were calculations.
Sending the review form authorises the desk to use the details you provide to answer that review. It does not reserve a supplier production slot. Documents described as issued on request are prepared for a named project. They may carry a revision letter. An older revision on this website, if any wording looks like a revision, is withdrawn when a later revision is issued. You may not remove the revision mark or the limitation on product family and then forward the file as current.
Reading a page does not appoint this procurement service as engineer of record, architect, or building-code consultant. Where a jurisdiction requires a locally licensed professional to seal calculations, that seal is outside these website terms. Installation sequences published as technical services describe a typical boundary between factory work and site work. The site contractor remains responsible for means and methods unless a signed scope says otherwise.
You may not scrape the site to assemble a competing catalogue that presents example loads as certified ratings. You may not suggest that a photograph of a module joint is a test report. You may quote a short passage with attribution for internal project discussion. Product names in the catalogue are supplied from the product file and may change when that file changes.
To the extent the law allows, Z Modular is not liable for decisions taken solely from these pages, including a decision to ship, to occupy, or to declare a building temporary or permanent. Loss arising from a signed contract is handled in that contract. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud.
The service may update these terms by publishing a new version. Questions about a project document should identify the request and revision and be sent through the contact form.
